At tias, we are committed to providing the best possible customer experience. We allow exchanges for products purchased from our website. Unfortunately, we are still unable to process refunds at this time due to our limited available inventory. We ask that you carefully review the fit guide for each product before making your purchase to ensure the best fit.

• Exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
• We will exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value. If the exchange item is of greater value, the difference in price will need to be paid before the exchange can take place.
• Shipping fees for the exchange item will be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the item does not meet the criteria outlined above.
